Customer support agent for a national brand
We built and shipped a production LangGraph chatbot for a 400+ employee Indian appliance brand. It answers customer product questions and takes service requests directly on the company website.

The challenge
A 400+ employee appliance brand was fielding a steady stream of repetitive product and after-sales questions. Customers wanted answers at any hour; the support team wanted the routine load off their plate.
The outcomeA customer-facing agent running in production on the brand's website, handling common queries around the clock and routing genuine service requests to the right team.
What we built
- Designed a LangGraph agent with clear intents for product queries and service requests.
- Grounded answers in the brand's real product and service data.
- Added escalation paths so complex cases route to a human cleanly.
